Welcome to this book that I call 'a salesman's confidence'. France is the very reflection of the consumer society. The customers are numerous, demanding, and especially what I call the "well-thought" to the French when they are in the stores.I worked for years in a specialized distribution store as a salesman. My role was to do handling, orders, but obviously to inform and advise customers. Hard work, not in terms of management, but in terms of customer relations. The French customer should look in the face before saying loudly and well his thought.In this book no state of mind, I draw a personal statement on French customers, at least on what I could see in my personal experience. This is only a subjective opinion but I think this opinion is a real reflection of what we can see. Here I deal with the critical part, there are obviously very nice customers, and it is also these customers who can compensate to stay in this position. But for the rest there are far too many customers who have lamentable attitudes, and I'm going to focus on it. This is the focus of my book, Customer Review.The customer must be king in France, despite being treated as a less than nothing, despite the behavior completely out of touch with reality, despite the people who think they have the absolute truth, despite the idiots, despite thieves. Not the client king, it is only for the bosses who see only their figure at the end of the month. For the relational, the client king is one of the worst scam when we see lamentable attitudes everyday. We are in a developed country, and yet there is not much developed in many customer behaviors, so I will be able to focus on it and show the true reality of things.In this book, I will begin by introducing you to who I am and the situation I could have as a salesman. I will give you a brief summary of the bosses even if it is not the central point of the book. Then I'll talk about customers and especially the client king to explain how it's hilarious. I will show you all the regular attitudes of the clients that I have seen and that are dismal. I will also talk about theft, a daily problem that shows the society in which we live. I will tell you personal stories to show you concrete examples of what I have had. A real pleasure to transmit these experiences. I will also give you some examples found on the web and at other sellers. Finally, if you are a seller, I will tell you what I invite you to do.
